We ask that you please do not enter our branches when you are sick or are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms.
The health of our employees and our members are our priority. All of our branches are currently open, but to keep our branches open, our employees need to remain healthy. Our employees are required to stay home when they are sick, and we ask that our members do the same to help maintain the health of our employees and other members.

Appointments can be scheduled with 24-hours’ notice at each of our branches through our appointment-scheduling function or by calling our member contact center at (414) 546-7450.

Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

We encourage all members to comply with municipal ordinances and CDC guidelines related to COVID-19 and the wearing of masks.
Health and Safety Measures in our Branches
- We have installed protective shields and barriers in teller areas and offices
- We have social-distancing markers placed throughout our branches, and we have reconfigured some of our lobbies to make social distancing easier
- We will be regularly cleaning and sanitizing our branch lobbies throughout the day
- We ask that you observe posted signage regarding social distancing when visiting our branch lobbies
Online banking – If you do not have an existing online banking account, you can create one quickly and easily. You’ll be able to check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, pay bills and more. And with the use of the Guardian Credit Union mobile app, you can electronically deposit checks as well. Call our member contact center at (414) 546-7450. Our member contact center can handle most banking needs or direct you to someone who can. Please be mindful that you may experience longer wait times due to the increase in call volume.

Avoiding Fraud and Scams
We have seen an increase in scams and fraudulent activity at this time. We urge you to exercise caution, especially when encountering phone calls, texts, emails and online offers and requests related to COVID-19.
