What is a pop-up branch?
Like other pop-up businesses, the idea of the pop-up branch is to use an existing physical location to reach our members and prospective members in a new location. This location gives us flexibility without building a new brick and mortar branch.
Where will the pop-up branch be located?
The pop-up branch with be operated out of the Hudson Business + Lounge co-working space – 310 E. Buffalo Street – on the corner of Buffalo and Broadway in Milwaukee’s Third Ward.
What are the hours of the pop-up branch?
Due to the nature of the location, appointments are required. The schedulable hours for the pop-up branch are 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We recommend that you request your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
How can I schedule an appointment?
You can request an appointment by completing the request an appointment form. We recommend that you request an appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the desired appointment.
What products and services will be offered at the pop-up branch?
The products and services offered at the pop-up branch may evolve over time. No cash will be accepted or held at the pop-up branch location. Current offerings at the pop-up branch include:
- Account opening
- Loan application
- Signing loan documents
- Loan funding
- Deposits via PayPal
- Fund transfers
- Ordering of debit and credit cards

- Overview of Guardian products and services
- Mobile and online banking assistance

What should I bring to an appointment at the pop-up branch?
A Guardian representative will communicate what is needed when confirming your requested appointment.
What should I do upon arrival at the Hudson?
Upon arrival at Hudson, please check in with the Hudson concierge, indicating that you are there to see the specified Guardian representative. The concierge will direct you to the Guardian representative.
