Guardian Credit Union Named a Top Workplace for Seventh Consecutive Year
We’re honored to share that Guardian Credit Union has been named a 2025 Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for the seventh year in a row.
This award is especially meaningful because it’s based entirely on feedback from our employees. The Top Workplaces list is compiled by Energage LLC, an employee engagement technology partner, through a confidential survey that measures several key aspects of workplace culture—including how respected, supported, and empowered employees feel.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
Guardian Credit Union was also the only credit union recognized in the small business category this year—a distinction we’re especially proud of.
Kevin Nitka, President and CEO of Guardian Credit Union, says, “I am pleased to announce that Guardian Credit Union has again been recognized by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as a Top Workplace. It is a tremendous honor to receive this award for the seventh consecutive year! I am very proud of our employees who drive our culture. Their dedication and teamwork contribute to our success and helps make GCU a truly special organization!”
We’re grateful to our employees for making Guardian a great place to work—and to our members for trusting us to be part of their financial journey.
