How do I access my HSA?
Easily pay medical expenses from your Guardian HSA by using your provided Discover® debit card or with your unlimited free checks. Make deposits through direct deposit, online or at any branch location. Check your account details at any time through your Guardian online account.

Health savings accounts are designed for those individuals with high-deductible health plans.

What will I need to bring when I open my account?
You will need to bring proof of identification: an unexpired government issued identification card (driver’s license, state ID, passport, military identification), with your current address. If your current address is not on the ID, you will need proof of residency (including, but not limited to: residential bill, bank statement, payroll check stub).

What’s the difference between an HSA and a regular savings account?
An HSA can be funded with pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket medical expenses not covered by insurance.

Do I earn interest on my HSA?
Yes, HSAs are interest-earning accounts.

How is the interest paid on my account?
The interest is paid monthly on the last day of each month and is credited right to your account.
