• To activate your card by phone, you will need to call the phone number included in your card mailing. That activation phone number is 866-762-0558 (within the U.S.). When calling internationally, please call 501-588-7531.
• When you call to activate your card, you will need to call from a phone number that is associated with your account. If you are having issues with activation, please contact Guardian at (414) 546-7450 or stop into a branch location.
• Cards can also be activated through the card management functions accessible via online and mobile banking.

• Any fraud alerts associated with your debit card will come through our debit card processor, not directly from Guardian Credit Union.
• Fraud alerts will come through text, email and phone call. These alerts will come from “Cardmember Security”
• Phone numbers provided to members in fraud alerts will not be the direct Guardian Credit Union phone number.
• Call and text fraud alerts will come from randomized numbers, so will not be the same from member to member or from situation to situation.

Yes. The Guardian Visa debit card allows cardholders to pay with the contactless tap-to-pay feature available through many merchants. We encourage members to use tap-to-pay where available for increased security when shopping.

Yes. You can save your card to Apple, Google and Samsung Wallets.
