*A job applicant that is both interviewed and hired between April 27, 2021 and September 30, 2021 for a Guardian Credit Union job opening is eligible to receive a one-time sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 subject to the terms and conditions explained here. The sign-on bonus applies to direct hires for part time and full time positions. Current employees and individuals who have previously worked for the credit union anytime in 2021 are excluded from eligibility. If eligible, you will receive $500 via the first payroll following the completion of your first day of employment, an additional $500 via the first payroll after the completion of 6 months of employment, and a final $500 via the first payroll after the completion of 12 months of employment provided that you have been in good standing with no coaching or counseling records with regard to attendance, performance, compliance with rules/policies, etc., as determined at the credit union’s sole discretion. If you are not in good standing at any point in time prior to the sign-on bonus payment(s) being distributed, the credit union, in its sole discretion, may change payment dates or rescind the sign-on bonus entirely. If your employment terminates for any reason before any payments are made, your right to any sign-on bonus will be forfeited. Please note, the sign-on bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld. THE CREDIT UNION MAY RESCIND THIS SIGN-ON BONUS OFFER AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO AN ELIGIBLE PARTY’S INITIAL INTERVIEW.
