The election of directors to the Board of Directors will be held during the Annual Member Meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. In 2026, there are two three-year terms open for nomination.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS
You are hereby advised of your right under Article V, Section 3 of
the Credit Union’s bylaws to submit to the Chairperson on or before
forty (40) days prior to the date of the annual meeting, a petition
requesting your nomination as a nominee to the Credit Union’s
Board of Directors. Your petition must be signed by at least ten (10)
members eligible to vote at meetings of the members of the Credit
Union. Petitioners must meet the minimum qualifications as
outlined in Article V, Section 1 of the Bylaws and comply with the
nomination process, including completing any required forms.
