It’s about that time again to mark your calendar for Guardian Credit Union’s Annual Member Meeting. The meeting will be held virtually again this year and will take place Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
Nominations and Election of Directors
Once again, our annual elections of directors to the Board of Directors will be held during the meeting. This year, there are three, three-year terms open for nomination. Members may apply by requesting and submitting a nomination form by Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
Voting Eligibility
Members of Guardian Credit Union since June 20, 2023, will be eligible to vote. If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to vote, absentee ballots will be accepted until Thursday, June 13, 2024.
How to Request a Nomination Form, RSVP, and Vote Absentee
If you are unable to attend the meeting but would still like to vote, you are able to via absentee ballot. For more information on how to vote absentee, RSVP for the meeting, and request a nomination form, contact us at (414) 546-7450 or marketing@guardiancu.org.
