Lucky Mutts Rescue
In the summer, Guardian Credit Union employees, members and friends come together to support a local charity or non-profit organization. This year, Guardian is excited to be supporting Lucky Mutts Rescue.
The mission of Lucky Mutts Rescue is to operate on a foster and volunteer based, not-for-profit model, and focuses on dogs facing euthanasia due to placement in high kill shelters, overpopulation, abuse & neglect, or owner surrender.
Since its inception in 2012, the Guardian Cares program has raised funds for a variety of worthy causes including:
2019 — Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin
2018 — Zoological Society of Milwaukee
2017 — Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC)
2016 — CannedWater4Kids
2015 — Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative
2014 — Dryhootch of America
2013 — My Good Mourning Place
Among other fundraising activities, donations are accepted in return for Guardian branded items. This year’s collection of items includes:

$5 — Collapsible dog bowl
